During this time, runners will read about the benefits of running, learn about the journey of famous runners, and practice writing and maintaining a runner's log. Runners will learn the importance of proper hydration, nutrition, stretching, warming up, and cooling down. Runners will continue to exercise their brains and body on an outdoor middle to long-distance run (0.5 - 3 miles).
Bring running shoes, a water bottle, and a beach towel.
Remember to put your phone down!
Please print, read, sign, & bring this document with you on the first day.
