Executive Functioning Coaching (EFC) is offered to elementary/high school students and adults who are looking for support with organization, time management, task initiation, and self-monitoring. EFC will work with and guide the student or adult to become more independent, structured, motivated, and successful with the completion of their daily tasks and goals. EFC support may lead to better performance in school, work, and life. There are two sessions weekly. The first session is a planning session that lasts 1 hour. The second session is a check-in session. This session focuses on accountability and adjustments for short and long-term goals. The check-in sessions last 15-20 minutes.
