ACADEMIC English as a Second Language (ESL)/Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)

ESL/TEFEL sessions will provide support to students in grades 1-12 and adults whose first language is not English. Lessons will support students in their academics as they aim to become proficient and fluent in the English Language. The lessons will target the following skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, and pronunciation.

Lessons are offered to adults looking to grapple with the English Language in conversational (casual everyday situations) and/or professional (business setting) contexts.

Each lesson is 75 minutes and is offered in person, online, or hybrid. Packages are available for 1, 6, 10, and  20 sessions.

Please note that conversational and professional lessons are $25 dollars for 30 minutes (online).

This tutor holds an ESL Endorsement and TEFL certification. Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification is an internationally recognized professional credential to teach English abroad and online to non-English speakers in their native country.

If the session is at the customer's location and the student is under 18 years old an adult must be present throughout the lesson.
